My husband and I had the good fortune
to meet Jennifer Cunningham of Kelly Price & Company last winter. At that
time we were considering downsizing to a condo, but also had two properties
to sell before we could make any decisions.

Jennifer wrote an offer that Sunday night that was accepted by the seller. Now
we HAD to sell our current home!
Jennifer listed our residence and
had it under contract to the first person she showed it to! This transaction
and the concurrent closing of both our new and former home occurred within 3
weeks.
