I recently went through an exciting,
yet frightening period in my life. I was working in medical sales in Oklahoma
City , received a promotion, and had to relocate to Orlando . While I was enthusiastic
about my new direction, it became quickly apparent I knew nothing about this
city. I knew a few people in Orlando, received their feedback on where to live
and information about living there, but kept getting the same response by all."you
need to work with Kelly Price & Company on finding your house!"
Within the first few moments on speaking
with Kelly, I knew why I had received my friend's recommendation. She made me
feel like I was her only client she was dealing with that day. She was polite,
professional, asked just a few "right" questions to allow her to begin her search.
I flew in a week later where we enjoyed a nice dinner to go over a few properties
and refine my search to exactly what I wanted. Then, the fun began.
I spent the next few days running
around Orlando looking at many homes in the areas I had selected with Shelley
Heistand , one of Kelly's best real estate professionals. Everything was well
within the specifications and none were a waste of time. I felt like I had "big
brother" with me when we walked in and they knew we were part of the Kelly Price
team. Within two days, I had found my dream home in Florida . She made it not
only possible, but fun even dealing with all my quirks (like not having 13 as
part of the address)! I kept wondering, how does she put up with me.but she
did with a smile!
I had to get back to Oklahoma City
to finalize things there until my actual closing a month and a half later. All
I can say is I never once was worried or anxious about my decision or the process
with her taking care of all the details. In fact, once the documents arrived
at my house to sign, I really didn't even read them (don't tell my real estate
attorney) with the amount of trust I had with them.
All was easy on my end and went off
without one single hitch. I know how much time, work, energy, and effort they
did on their end to make moving to Orlando a pleasurable experience. And it
was, with all the thanks going to them. I have been so happy in my new area
of Orlando and house!
I wanted to write this letter, and
was never asked by either Kelly or Shelley. This is not just a letter or recommendation
for either one of them to be selected as your real estate professionals; it's
more of a statement. I think you would be a fool to have anyone else try to
find your new home! I now not only have all I wanted in a residence, but I now
have two more close friends in my new city of Orlando.
