I just had to write you to express
our tremendous gratitude for the job you did selling our house. You really are
incredible. I still can't quite believe that you managed to get two full-price
offers on the same day. I know the skill that took on your part. It's actually
fun to watch you in action. But even more than your talent at marketing property,
I admire your ethics and the way you treat all parties.
I remember sitting at our kitchen
table, the night you presented these two offers. I watched you call each potential
buyer with our questions and was in awe of how you handled a sensitive process
with discretion and great professionalism. It was also 10 p.m. and you were
still going strong!
You are a tireless pro and a very
dear friend. We had a lot of realtors in our home during those months our house
was on the market. It's very clear why you are a superstar in your field. I
can't imagine why anyone in this town would considering hiring any other broker.
