Dear Ms. Price:
Although I have not had the opportunity
to meet you personally I feel as though I have by virtue of having had the opportunity
to work closely with Ms. Shelley Heistand over the past several months. I had
met Shelley in the past and when I made the decision to look for new office
space I asked Shelley if she would keep an eye out for suitable office space
should it come on the market. I had also made the same request to several other
real estate agents and brokers who I have known for many years. What amazed
me was out of all the people I spoke with it was Shelley who, the very next
day, began to fax information about various potential office space options to
me. Ironically, almost all of the other real estate people are people I have
known for years and are some of the more recognizable "big names" in real estate
in this community. Shelley was amazing, she never gave up, and she had exactly
the right balance between providing me with the requested information and not
being "pushy". She, ultimately, not only located me what I consider to be the
perfect office space, in the perfect location, she then walked me through the
entire process from the offer through the closing. Even though my schedule does
not always lend it's self to being able to do things during normal business
hours, this did not detour Shelley in the least, and a majority of the time
she would, at my request, return my calls after hours and on several occasions
when there were deadlines to meet she would talk and fax back and forth with
me sometimes after 10 p.m. in the evening.
Ms. Shelley Heistand is, in my opinion,
a tremendous asset to your company. I believe Shelley will be successful at
anything she sets her mind to do and so I would urge you, in the strongest possible
terms, to continue to recognize and reward Shelley for who she is and what she
can and already has done for your company. Should you have any questions or
