Experience

After a successful 25-year career as a management consultant for a variety of industry giants, Thor was ready to channel his energy, experience and expertise into something new and different. Something a little more challenging and intriguing – like  real estate.

That was in 2004 and Thor has shown to be as equally proficient in the real estate arena as he was providing advice for such company world-wide giants as KPMG and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC).

Before joining Kelly Price, the former Winter Park High School and Rollins College graduate was a sales associate with Weichert Realty in Winter Park where he was recognized as the company’s top monthly sales producer on numerous occasions. In addition to his BA degree in Business, Thor also holds the prestigious PMI designation from the Project Management Institute in Washington, D.C, which currently has more than 240,000 certified professionals in 160 countries.

Thor specializes primarily in the Winter Park, Maitland and College Park markets.
