When you talk about sales excellence, Shelley's name usually comes up in the conversation.  While others may have been selling longer, few sales professionals in Metro Orlando do it better than Shelley.  She is regarded as one of the top REALTORS in Central Florida and has been since starting her real estate career in 1991.

Over the years she has ranked consistently among the top REALTORS in Central Florida for sales, listings and overall production.  And 2005 is no exception with Shelley ranking among the area's top 50 sales associates in all three categories, according to the first-year figures released by Metrotrak.  When you think of the thousands of sales agents working in the high competitive Central Florida area, that is elite company.

In 2006 and 2007, Shelley was listed as one of "Real Estate's Best - The Top 100" in Orlando Magazine - which listed the top professionals in Orlando's residential real estate market.

Shelley came to Kelly Price & Company in October 2002, joining a company she deeply admired for its integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.  Prior to coming on board, she also worked for the Real Estate Center of Winter Park and Real Estate Professionals, which was later acquired by Prudential Florida Real Estate.

Shelley also holds several distinctive professional designations which further distinguish her professional credentials.  She is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), holds the Graduate Realtor Institute designation (GRI) and is a Certified Residental Specialist (CRS).

A Winter Park resident, Shelley specializes in Winter Park, Maitland, College Park and Orlando properties.
