Experience
The one word that
best describes Richard is eclectic. He definitely
is a person of varied tastes, interests and talents, as
evidenced by a month-long solo backpacking trek across Europe
right after college to his 10 years experience toiling in
the service industry to his design of a family cafe in downtown
Winter Park.
Those life experiences
are now beginning to pay dividends in Richard's new career
as a sales associate with Kelly Price & Company, serving
as the foundation for a long and prosperous sales career,
says company founder Kelly Price. Although Richard
may be a realtive newcomer to real estate, he is not a newcomer
to the service-oriented method of complete customer satisfaction.
That was the same
approach Richard took when he worked in the service industry
for 10 years learning every aspect of the business from
the ground up - waiting tables and bartending to cooking
and management. That knowledge allowed him to help
his father design and build a family restuarant in Winter
Park, where he developed all food aspects, helped with staffing
and created the necessary systems for all applications.
Now, Richard is
cooking up something new with Kelly Price & Company.
He joined the company in the Fall of 2005 and has slowly
begun making his mark in the Central Florida sales arena
as one of the area's fast-rising sales professionals.
Like his interests, Richard's sales efforts know no boundaries.
He works the entire Metro Orlando area but concentrates
primarily on the Winter Park, College Park, Maitland and
the downtown Orlando neighborhoods of Thornton Park and
Colonialtown.
Richard makes
his home in Winter Park.
