Patrick has one of the more recognizable names in Central Florida real estate, having co-founded one of the area's largest real estate companies in the late 1970's to the late 1990's - Higgins & Heath Real Estate.  Until its sale in 1998 to industry giant Coldwell Banker, Higgins & Heath was a major force with seven offices, 300+ sales associates and annual sales in excess of $500 million.

Patrick remained with Coldwell Banker after the acquisition, working out of the company's Winter Park location and distinguishing himself as one of the area's leading relocation experts, specializing in luxury and waterfront properties in the Maitland and Winter Park markets.

Patrick, a Winter Park resident, took his expertise and more than 30 years experience to Kelly Price & Company in December 2004 and has become a valuable member of the sales team.
