Experience
MaryBeth has been
successful at whatever the pursuit - be it teaching, marketing
or communications. Her latest challenge - and perhaps
the most rewarding to date - is real estate sales.
The former educator and sales/marketing professional has
made the transition to real estate sales seem as easy as
A B C. Since joining the Kelly Price & Company
family in 2004, she has established herself as one of the
area's up-and-coming sales professionals.
Before entering
real estate, MaryBeth spent six years (1997 - 2002) as a
teacher/administrator at Sweetwater Episcopal Academy in
Longwood. At Sweetwater, she not only taught computer
classes but oversaw the school's various publications, including
the weekly newsletter and literary magazine, as well as
faculty/staff and student/parent handbooks.
And before displaying
her classroom prowess, MaryBeth was a successful market
research consultant for five years with the Chesapeake Center
in Springfield, VA, and prior to that three years as Director
of Development and Publications for a private school in
Alexandria, VA. She relocated to Central Florida in
1996.
Despite her diverse
background which also includes speaking French and Spanish,
MaryBeth is no stranger to real estate. She got a
small taste, first as President of CS Real Estate, a family-owned
company that managed a portfolio of rental properties and
later as President of an apartment community's homeowner's
assocation. That exposure whetted her appetite for
the main course.
Although career
driven, the Winter Park resident takes time out to serve
her community. She is on the volunteer board of the
Orlando Museum of Art, serving as Vice President.
She also is deeply involved with Trinity Prepatory School
where she is a booster, patron of the arts and a member
of the school's Parents Organization.
