Kelly Price is
both the driving force and name on the door of one of Central
Florida's fastest-growing and dynamic real estate companies.
Kelly, who has deep roots and family ties to the Winter
Park community, has established herself as one of the area's
most respected and recognized real estate sales professionals.
She launched her
impressive real estate career in 1989 and established herself
as one of the area's leading sales producers for Fannie
Hillman & Associates over the next 12 years. Bitten
by the entrepreneurial bug and a desire to infuse a more personal
approach to the sales process, she started Kelly Price &
Company in 2002, building the firm on a solid footing of
integrity, loyalty and unwavering enthusiasm. Starting
with just her and two other associates, Kelly Price &
Company has grown to more than 30 sales agents today.
Although recognized
for her real estate prowess, Kelly also was a successful
executive in the children's industry, serving three years
with toy manufacturing giant Hasbro Toys as Sales Representative
for the company's Southeast operations in Atlanta.
A family crisis, however, forced Kelly to leave Hasbro and
return home to Winter Park in 1989 to help care for her
father who was stricken with cancer and passed away the
following year.
Kelly, who went
to school at Winter Park High and later Rollins College
where she received her MBA, still has family in this tight
knit little community. Actually, two families.
