Experience

Real estate is in Jaime’s genes. Her father has invested in California real estate for the past 30 years and both parents have managed their real estate portfolio together for nearly that long. So, following in their footsteps is, for her, not a stretch but something she believes she was destined to do.

In fact, her very first real estate job was in a property management office in Huntington Beach while she was going to school. That early experience managing apartment, single-family and commercial properties, coupled with her parents’ influence, was the ideal springboard to launch her professional career.

Although real estate is her true calling, Jaime easily could be successful in any number of areas. She graduated from Cal State University in 2004 with degrees in both International Studies and Japanese and spent a year in Tokyo attending Waseda University and  teaching English as part of her International Studies program.

After her graduation, Jaime relocated to Central Florida and joined the sales team at Kelly Price & Company in 2006 where her goals are to become one of the company’s top sales associates and to continue working in property management.

On a more personal note, she is a recent newlywed as of February 2006 and is very family oriented. She enjoys reading, traveling, boating, going to the movies and amusement parks.

Jaime specializes in the Winter Park, Maitland, Altamonte and downtown Orlando markets.
