Experience

Cynthia Watson has been a Central Florida resident since 1983.  She raised her daughters here and after moving to Winter Park in 1989, she now enjoys seeing her grandchildren thrive here in our Winter Park community.  Cynthia joined the Kelly Price & Company team in early 2003, shortly after its inception.  Previously, she worked with Fannie Hillman and Associates.  Cynthia holds the prestigious GRI designation.   Since her arrival with Kelly Price & Company, she has been one of its top producers.  When not working with real estate or spending time with her family, Cynthia enjoys strolling Park Avenue in Winter Park and collecting antiques.

In her first career, Cynthia was a member of Lockheed Martin Corporation’s technical proposal team.  She successfully handled corporate heavyweights such as Nike, Gateway and Sara Lee, as well as the New York City Transit Authority.  She was an integral part of the company’s Computer Services Division that helped Lockheed Martin win many major contracts.  That prior sales experience has proven to be invaluable in laying the foundation for Cynthia’s second successful career as a realtor.
 
One of Cynthia’s best customers is herself.  She is an active real estate investor who has purchased nearly two dozen homes since the early 1990s – every one of which has been largely profitable.  This personal experience has been invaluable to her Central Florida customer base.  “Buying, selling and renovating real estate properties for my personal portfolio have given me a great deal of knowledge and insight in sales, construction, mortgage financing, and community and governmental issues,” she says. “This knowledge and experience directly benefit my customers and associates.”  A longtime resident of Winter Park, Cynthia knows the neighborhoods intimately and has a unique understanding of the market trends.
