Brad was born and raised in St. Louis where his career took a number of turns, but throughout, real estate was always his passion. After college, he spent the first part of his career running a chain of menswear stores in the mid-west. As Vice-President of Personnel and Operations for a ten store chain his focus and strength then and today is on relationship and listening to the needs of others, with a strong attention to detail and follow through.
His next career move was opening a chain of his own stores in the mid-west. By the time he sold these stores, he was operating nine card, gift and stationery stores that were very well known in the St. Louis marketplace. He then moved “to the beach” (Cocoa to be exact). He opened a chain of craft stores throughout the state. After five years of living the beach life, he moved to Winter Park and fell in love.
Real estate investing had always been his hobby, along the way, and it was a hobby that also created wealth for him. Now was the time to share this with others. He sold his retail business, and dove into the real estate business full time.
Brad’s combination of proven professional business skills, and commitment to focusing on the transaction as an investment not just an emotional purchase, sets him apart from the majority of realtors. Also, after having negotiated many leases and purchases throughout the years, he has developed an unusual ability to successfully negotiate for his clients (both buyers and sellers). In the four years that he has been involved full-time in the real estate industry Brad has developed a unique niche with investors, developers, builders and high-end residential clients that is quite unusual in such a brief amount of time. In 2006 he ranked #7 in Winter Park sales out of 436 realtors, and #50 out of 7948 realtors in all of Orange County Florida. |
